This remarkable Baroque building, with endless gardens, will mesmerize you.
The chateau was built for the Counts of Sternberg and is located close to Prague’s Zoo, so you can plan on visiting them together. The city of Prague owns the building and hosts the 19th-century Czech art collections of the City Gallery.
Visitors marvel at the Troja Chateau’s stunning trompe l’oeil ceiling, plus the assortment of other art that lines the palace’s walls.
From time to time, concerts are held on the chateau grounds.
