The Vieille Bourse is a historical monument located between the Grand Place and the Place du Theatre. Its construction was completed in 1653, with Renaissance Flemish style of architecture.
It was the former building of the Lille Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It served as the stock exchange building during the 17th century. Nowadays, the complex offers different activities and stores. For example, you’ll find second-hand books market, chess players completing, and couples dancing the tango in the summer.
