The Prague zoo is located near the center of Prague. It opened in 1931 and has since risen to become one of the most prestigious zoos in the world. Today, it is the second most visited tourist destination in the Czech Republic, just after Prague Castle.
Kids love the zoo and its different activities, such as a play area called Bororo Reserve and other smaller playgrounds, chairlift, pony rides, mini-train, observation tower, paddling pool, and Children’s Zoo.
