General Info FAQWhen To Travel

Overview

If you love flowers, especially roses, you owe it to yourself to travel to this beautiful, charming little town. The town is located in Oise and offers a captivating experience as you walk the streets.

Gerberoy is a small village, making it easy to wander its enchanting streets and soak up the atmosphere. It’s romantic, pretty, and very peaceful, although it can get quite busy in peak tourists months.

The artist Henri Le Sidaner (photo above) fell in love with the village, moved there in 1901, and created an Italianate-style garden, which he painted frequently. The gardens are a must-visit if you’re in the village. They are kept with gorgeous roses and walkways and fabulous views over the rooftops of Gerberoy.
