Stick to your workout routine. Consistency is a key to keeping your workout schedule and healthy routine. So don’t stop your way when traveling.
You got some time to kill while waiting at the airport. Use that time to walk as much as possible and regain some energy and health. Your body will thank you later.
It’s always lovely to walk or run in a new place, especially if there is wonderful nature at your destination. So take a walk or use the hotel gym. If that’s not an option, use apps to guide you on a short workout you can do in your room. Try to do this first thing in the morning if you can.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
