Stay hydrated and drink!  You probably already know that about 60% of your body is water. So, drinking plenty of water is mandatory, especially when traveling.
Try to stick with water or sparkling water and avoid sugary drinks, alcoholic drinks, and coffee or tea as much as possible, especially during the flight. Flights are incredibly dehydrating.

Then, when you arrive at the desired destination, you can have some green juices to regain the balance of your electrolytes.

Many travelers also bring eye drops, lip balms, and moisturizers in their backpacks to hydrate their bodies and feel more comfortable. If you pack your own traveling water bottle, remember that you are not allowed to take a large bottle of liquid on the plane.
